My life’s journey has been a dance between freedom and surrender, seeking harmony between the self and the whole.
For over three decades, I’ve walked the path of meditation, yoga, qigong, tantra, somatic practices, and holistic well-being — not as a destination, but as an unfolding journey back to the heart. Through this path, I’ve discovered one simple truth:
Happiness is not something to be achieved; it is something to be remembered.
This realization gave birth to my philosophy of FIT — Free Will, Intuition, and Trust — the essence of my life story and coaching journey.
Life offers us infinite possibilities, yet true freedom begins when we choose authenticity over expectations. Free Will is the courage to follow your heart, to create a life aligned with your values, and to walk your own unique path.

Through Happy Life Coaching, retreats, and workshops, I guide others to reconnect with their inner essence, heal past wounds, and live from a place of freedom, love, and trust.
