I met Wit when I traveled to Chiang Mai in April. I had just left my job of 9 years after a stressful leadership transition. I booked a wellness program and Wit was my meditation coach. I didn’t know what to expect but he immediately put me at ease with his grounded demeanor and kind smile. He explained the process which included a chakra assessment, guided breathing and meditation exercises and personal reflection. He provided practical ways for me to practice meditation when I had time to sit still and be quiet but also how to incorporate it into my day while walking or commuting. I really appreciated how he focused on universal truths across different belief systems to find common ground for spiritual and mental healing. I am so grateful I was able to start my trip with time devoted to physical, mental and spiritual healing. Wit was a wonderful guide at a time when I navigating a major life change. I still use what I learned especially the focused breathing and walking meditation exercises. I’m so glad my travels connected me with a wise and compassionate soul at a time when I needed it and I left Thailand with a new friend.
Experience with Wit in a massage school was very special. He gives not only techniques, but the holistic approach and vibe. Making the massage with the movement of your whole body, like dancing, meditation, connection, and creating a special atmosphere for the mind and body.
We joined a Somatic Yoga session led by our instructor, Wit, and it turned out to be a deeply healing experience for both body and soul. What stayed with me most were two powerful techniques that felt simple yet transformative: when breathing feels difficult, divide the breath into two parts to allow a deeper inhale, and when pain arises in the body, bring gentle awareness to those points — the body, with time, will begin to release and heal itself. I am truly grateful for the wisdom and guidance Wit shared, and I look forward to carrying these practices with me, even if only in small steps each day. "Our first meeting with Mr. Wit was, from our perspective, a slightly chaotic one! Jet-lagged and having overslept our agreed meeting time for a monastery tour, we dashed about our hotel room wondering if we should simply cancel and go back to bed.
