What I Have Learned as a YoQiTra Practitioner

When I first stepped onto the path of Yoga, Qigong, and Tantra, I had no idea that these three streams would eventually merge into one living philosophy within me. What began as a search for healing, balance, and deeper meaning evolved into YoQiTra—a way of living and moving that unites body, breath, energy, and consciousness.

How YoQiTra Was Born

YoQiTra was born gradually, not in a studio or a temple, but on my tiny balcony overlooking the ocean at a rented house on Koh Phangan. I would practice at sunrise and sunset, feeling the sea breeze on my skin as Yoga, Qigong, and Tantra began to flow together naturally.

On November 2, 2022, I decided that YoQiTra would no longer be just a dream. That was the day I registered the name on my Facebook page, turning an inner vision into a living reality. My vision at the time was clear: to combine modern science with the ancient wisdom and practices I had welcomed into my life over the past 30 years.

My primary objective was simple yet profound—to make myself unconditionally happy, regardless of external circumstances. I sought good health and well-being not only physically, but also energetically and mentally. YoQiTra became my laboratory for that transformation, and my life began to change.

What YoQiTra Has Taught Me

  •  I have learned to love myself more and more each day. From that place of deep self-love, I can offer love to others unconditionally.
  • Unconditional love is not a solo path but something that blooms within our collective consciousness. Beneath our egos lies a vast collective unconscious, ever-present like shadows cast by light, reminding us that we are all interconnected.
  • Human beings are never perfect—we are each shaped and sculpted by our traumas. But trauma can be healed by love, and only when we choose to begin the healing. Self-healing begins with self-love, self-trust, and self-care. No one else can do it for us.
  • Every genuine practice—whether Yoga, Qigong, Tantra, or another path—can lead to spiritual awakening, if we understand its essence.
  • The material world mirrors the spiritual world; both are essential, both are sacred. Life encompasses the seen and the unseen, the known and the unknown, all  dimensions at once.
  • Manifestation is not simply a goal but a mysterious self-healing journey. When we heal, we manifest.
  • To love ourselves fully is to accept all of who we are and commit to healing our broken parts. In surrendering to our true nature, our wounded parts transform into our authentic self.
  • In finding our true self, we free ourselves from duality, forgive, and release past pain. Authenticity is the key to healing, self-realization, and ultimate liberation—and liberation is the sacred pathway toward enlightenment.
  • As human beings, we are deeply fortunate: we have the freedom to choose.
  • Yoga, Qigong, and Tantra are not just practices but sacred tools that support our healing and transformation. Together, they remind me that balance is not only the essence but also the destination of the self-healing journey.

This is the heart of my path, and the heart of YoQiTra Philosophy.

Why This Matters for You

Many people who visit my website are seekers—people longing for healing, clarity, deeper self-love, or a spiritual path that feels authentic. What I’ve discovered is that your journey is unique, but the principles of YoQiTra can support anyone:

  • Learning to listen to your body and your energy
  • Releasing trauma through gentle movement, breathwork, and compassion
  • Aligning your inner world with the outer world
  • Cultivating balance, authenticity, and freedom

YoQiTra is not a fixed system; it’s a living, breathing practice that adapts to who you are. You don’t have to be “perfect” to begin. You simply begin where you are—with your breath, your body, your heart.

A Glimpse of YoQiTra Practice: Try This at Home

Here’s a simple YoQiTra-inspired practice you can do right now to feel its essence:

  1. Ground – Stand with feet hip-width apart. Close your eyes. Breathe deeply into your belly, feeling your feet on the earth.
  2. Flow – Inhale as you slowly raise your arms outward and upward (Qigong movement), feeling energy rising. Exhale as you lower your arms, palms facing the earth, releasing tension.
  3. Open – Place your palms over your heart. Inhale into your heart, exhale outwards, imagining your heart expanding with compassion and love (Tantric heart meditation).
  4. Align – With each breath, silently affirm: “I am balanced. I am free. I am whole. ”

Practice for 3–5 minutes and notice the shift in your body, your breath, and your energy. This is a small taste of YoQiTra.
